D&A has pioneered this supportive culture of developing models and pleasing its clients ever since it was established in 2011. Charismatic leadership and superlative efficiency have also helped chart the agency to success.

Started by business partners, Daniel Grunenwald and Andrea Baptista, D&A is informed by over 30 years of combined industry experience. Baptista's previous senior management expertise combined fluidly with Grunenwald's marketing vision, and as a result, D&A was born.
